Funny thing is I love tinned salmon in a sandwich, or even with new pots and parsley sauce, but for some reason fresh salmon is just too rich for my taste.Re: Bargain !

Salmon is really easy to cook, we either fry it skin side down to begin then turn over just to finish off, steam it in paper parcels, roast in the oven in foil. Also it adds to fish pies nicely cooked in milk makes the sauce lovely.
