When you
finally get in front of the Practice staff, the service is excellent.
However, after years of warfarin blood tests I must admit to fixing sessions to avoid the worst jabbers (usually Doctors) and getting the nurses who did a "don't feel a thing" service.
I listed the names and made appointments accordingly!
Warfarin seems, nowadays, to have been kicked into touch, in favour of e.g. Apixaban tablets, which are more expensive but no jabbing is needed so that balances their costs - and jabbing experience.
Still get the 30 minute telephone wait though....!
