I've noticed that staff are now being trained to do a hard sell. But I guess a lot of these people may make money on commission these days and there is a lull in spending, particularly for shops that have to compete the with the net. Maybe as it's a new shop they are pretty desperate for sales too.Re: "Hello! Thank you for visiting. Let me know if I can Help"
