Re: Stuck help I shouted lol
Years ago I managed to get myself locked in the toilets at the old Castle Hotel in Mombasa. The toilets were at the back of the building and they had enormous heavy wooden doors with quite a large gap at the top and a smaller one at the bottom. The lock was a giant sized rusty bold. I pushed the bolt on but I couldn't push it back. I couldn't reach the top door gap and I couldn't squeeze under the bottom one.Re: Stuck help I shouted lol

I was idiot enough to climb up the middle of Offa's Dyke, which was next to where we were living, getting on for 25 years ago. Half way up I found the brambles had closed in on me and I couldn't go forward or back. The only way out was to climb up the bank, which was about 30ft high. All the family were out and no one knew where I was. I was only wearing T shirt and shorts. About hour or so later I reached the summit, very badly scratched! As you can imagine I didn't exactly get a sympathetic response from my husband and children!Re: Stuck help I shouted lol

What a story, Julie! You seem to get yourself in some very funny pickles! I couldn't help but being tickled at the notion of any of us being shoved up and over a gate at our ages.Thread Tools | |
