I ate SO much over the weekend that I wouldn't be surprised if it bumped me up a pound or two (for that reason I'm not getting on the scale for another 2 weeks, lol) and today I have to contend with a lunch meeting at a Chinese place! Yes, I could easily say that once I get there, I'll just have wonton soup and a steamed vegetable meal. But you don't understand... Chinese food is a weakness of mine and I know damn well when I get in there, I'm going to order a favorite of mine. I *do* like chicken or shrimp and vegetable stir-frys, so I might get something like that. It still contains the oil for the stir-frying, but it's better than something breaded and deep-fried.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
