I love colouring...and do it often. You can use either crayons or colouring pencils... Not sure whether or not it helps lower stress...

I have tried those books - but - they drive me crazy - too repetitive !
I'll just stick to making cards when the weather is bad - or - out walking when it is good.
Breathing 'green' air is the best stress relief!
