Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Morning All, Hope your all well This will give you a laugh, was clearing through some old boxes at my mums and found this old photo from the Dundee Swimming Pool, was taken when the kids were young and we were there for a visit. This was the adult flume ride and muggins here was enjoying the slow ones and then climbed up the long ladder to try this one........totally forgetting there was a 25 foot drop when you shot out the end. I remember the awful fright of falling helplessly through the air at top speed lol. Then landing in a very, very, deep pool, most undignified lol. Thank heavens there were no mobile phones in those days.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
It was back in the early 80s when that was taken Nom, I was a spry and fit young thing in those days, and usually up for anything. These days I'm not so Gung Ho lol. But I still love a good gallop along the beach on one of The Clydesdales..: lol:Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Morning, I love swimming and it's my daily exercise. My hair doesn't get very wet in the pool. I twist it up in a clip on the top of my head lol. There's hairdryers you can use in the changing rooms if you want..Thread Tools | |
