Mesco, we're going to visit our daughter in Sale next week and it would be nice to find a 'wealth of outlets'. Strangely though, when our daughter visits us, she likes to shop in Aberdeen because she thinks there is a better choice!
I have been to Aberdeen on two occasions. I think the stores are quite good but no as good as the people.
I never seem to wear clothes out. I wear a uniform at work so find that I am more in it than any thing else. Shoes last me about 6 years and as I have over 6 pairs that's 30 years worth, I will not be able to stand in 30 years.
I'm not sure I like the idea of over 50s clothing, I have made most of my clothes all my life I'm a bit naughty I keep an eye on Joe Browns collection and copy some of his these days. Probably would be told too young for me but it covers all me bits and is bright and colourful so does me.
I've got a lovely summery Joe Brown top on this morning from 50plus. Its so pretty. I'm also a fan

I also wear a uniform, so saves my clothes getting worn out. Then I feel more "dressed up" in my own clothes
Nowhere near me for clothes other than D Perkins, Matalan or M&S and you're limited with choice so if I wanted something special I would have to go around 15 miles to the nearest city.
M&S clothes are vile...

You probably won't believe this ladies, but I've never heard of Joe Brown - only the singer from donkeys years ago! Is it an online shop or high street?
