But I do know that there is conflicting data and that one would have to be a dill to be so

The information was readily available on the internet, if you were unable to find it, then that is your problem not mine.
It took less than 2 minutes to identify that the bomb in Istanbul was not at a Mosque and the distance from the Mosque to the site of the bomb.
No conflicting data at all, just a simple internet search.
The link that you posted is irrelevant to this thread.
I think that conceivably Muddy has a point, if you had been to Istanbul you would have known that the Mosque concerned is a major tourist attraction and that it is some way from the station which was bombed.
Perhaps you should get out more?
Who knows, a bit of personal experience may alter your viewpoint?
