Meg, you can give those lunges a slow go with just a little dip, not the full range as shown in the video. With enough practice, your legs will get stronger and you'll be able to go deeper.
I will give it a try SM minus the water of course ....

This is another example, the walking lunge.
You can also do this exercise by holding a couple of light kettlebells or dumbbells or improvise with two oranges. Do the same sort of thing but with your arms vertical by your sides.
I've just tried, but was too wobbly. I do have nerve damage in my feet, so am very wobbly anyway. I could do it with my stick, which I have to use when walking
I just had a go at this. Anyone watching would just laugh and say there is room for improvement. I will try to do a bit more and incorporate some of those lunges. I'd better keep my mobile handy in case I get stuck.
