What annoys me?waits in hospitals.
I had a few days in recently for a bit of a gash on my head. Lots of blood Ambulance to emergency room. Had to wait an hour for about an hour for that. Got registered for the emergency ward, the blood to be sort of cleaned off and a few staples applied.
Then carted off to the serious injurious ward.Then taken to a regular ward.
Administered various intravenous injections including copious amounts of saline solutions, transfusions, blood tests, numerous blood pressure tests, urine tests, various pills...........
I was in for four days, moat of that dead waiting time. Promised removable of (an uncomfortable )sampling kit on one day yet it wasn't until I gently reminded them three times later it got done a couple of days later.
They wanted me to stay a couple of days longer. I declined. They asked me if would sign a legal release which I said I would do.
In the event, a non-medical member was sent to chat to me about my domestic/social life. A gentleman. Sure, he asked a few probing questions about Kane, my personal social circumstances. We got along very well. His brief, I imagine, got to those making the decisions that I was perfunctorily fine at home - better than been confined to a boring with nowhere to go other that a boring bed or a boring char
