No they have no idea whatsoever; Muddy.
They appear on the news to make it look like they are 'doing their job for society' by shaking handswith the homeless as they climb back into their limousines and helicopters which then ferry them around to their executive boxes at major sporting events.
Phoney bastards all.
Russians had suffered under the Czar too . In the days of the motor cr and the telephone Russians suffered great hardship under serfdom while the Russian royal family was fabulously rich .
Nicholas 11 was at that time the richest man in the world .

It was the same in most Countries years ago
Poor people were treated like servants
The Russian Royal Family were very interested in Culture and the Arts, that is why Russia has the best Art Galleries in the world, with with many original Impressionist paintings. Some of my favourite Artists are Russian and there work can equal Turner's
The royal palaces etc don’t need a royal family in them to attract tourists . Look at France which has more tourists than the UK
It must be the food with all that sauce, or the Palace of Versailles!
This is true but that age has passed now.
As teenagers most of us idolised Film Stars and lked to copy there style of hair or fashion
That still goes on today mainly with Singers, many who can't even sing.
And adults still join secret and dubious Societies.
I no longer idolise any one as an adult, as I can now see through the Veneer.
I won’t knock Princess Anne and l bet Zara is similar to her mother.
My grandson was asked to ride in an exhibition for Princess Anne at the stables where he rides.
She came across as a natural person with no airs or graces. She didn’t just look and dash off, she chatted to all the riders in a genuine and interested way. She was there for most of the afternoon. She sat in the audience with the rest of us and with no VIP treatment.
Here is a pic of her chatting to my grandson. I felt so proud.
That level of weekly earnings equates to £29,588 for a whole year. That is probably on average working for 48 or 49 weeks and each of those for working 35 to 40 hours. Rather different from details as given in the DM article for Zara Tindall's 'earnings':
“The Queen's granddaughter Zara Tindall was paid £100,000 a year for a non-executive directorship at the Global Group of companies, owned by tycoon Dr Johnny Hon.
Appointed to advise on horse racing for a sports investment arm, she was contractually required to attend just two board meetings by telephone a year and four company functions.”
There is no comparison in any way at all is there – it really is money for old rope!
