So many people have entirely the wrong idea about Russia. This thanks more than anything by not realising that the USSR collapsed 25 years ago but was well on the way ten years earlier and Barack Hussein raising the (long dead) Red Under The Bed for his own domestic gain - and traitorous agenda where Islam was involved.

Setting that aside some Sub-Saharan crap hole, there's no shortage, in any case would be less expensive and much more of a disincentive to become a recidivist.

Yep. There are a fair few countries with regions that don't benefit from historical industries any more, nor tourist trade. Am sure they would welcome an alternative source of income. Plus, of course, it would probably be cheaper for wealthier countries to outsource.

Yes, but obviously if the West keeps goading and threatening the Russian government it's not going to ignore what is correctly viewed as a threat and will take appropriate precautions.

Russia could have been the best ally for the West in countering the creeping conflict with Islam, indeed Russia stepped in to stop Islamic forces taking over Syria, a thing that Barack Hussein was quite content to watch happen, and has also been confronting Islamic terrorism especially that originating from the Southern states of the former USSR and most noticeably Chechnya.

Read back. You will see that I am all in favour of our allying ourselves with Russia.
I do not see them as a threat.

Our current threat is China and some muslim countries.

Re: Travellers

My neighbour lived in Bucharest in Romania for a few years and in the summer months went out to live in the countryside. They stayed in old huts with a hole in the roof to let the smoke out. as soon as they arrived a gypsy woman with no teeth walked in and said she would be doing their cooking for them! a rough looking crowd gathered outside.

She told them to give her money and she would bring them cooked food. They handed over some money and didn’t really expect to see her again but she turned up every evening with a disgusting looking stew which looked like dishwater with blobs of fat floating in it.

Mind you, Dracula lives in Romania (Transylvania) and he drinks blood, so perhaps they all have strange tastes over there.
