Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Some good news,Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
That sounds good May, fingers crossed. I'm going to phone the doctor again first thing tomorrow and get a phone appointment, Himself is going to speak to her as well and hopefully she will put me for a scan, if not I guess we may just do as you say and land up on the doorstep of A&E.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Good Morning Lassies,it's brightening up nicely here so off for a walk to the co-op for fruit n veg,so will make a pot of lentil & ham soup for lunch then freeze the rest...just finished doing a large online grocery order to be delivered tomorrow...a tidy up of the cupboards/freezer,run around with the Dyson/pledge,then feet up for the rest of the day...Have a good one whatever You are all doing, and keep safe,xxRe: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Morning Just back from a slow walk with the dog, took the ball n thrower so he doesn't think he's being short changed. I think my swim yesterday has done a bit of good. The pain has lessened a bit, hope this is the case, am going to swim Mon, Wed, Fri just now and see how it goes. Have another phone appointment with the Doctor this afternoon, she what she says this time..Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Evenin' All,turned out to be a bright sunny day but bitterly cauld,Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Finally phoned, we had a good long chat. She wants me to see a Physio Therapist who will go right into this with me. If she/he thinks I need a scan then she/he will arrange it. Got some more Naproxen and I've to keep going swimming every 2nd day. AND not to overdo it. I hardly think 20 lengths out of my usual 50 is over doing it, but she did. Hhhuummpphhhh.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
