Even though the blister has burst and it's getting better, it still throbs now and again! If l take a painkiller it helps reduce the pain.
Yes, UJ, l find it is much more comfortable after l bathe it in warm water.

I feel a real drama queen with all those posts but it might help others who get the same reaction from an insect bite!

Yes darlin' - but not JUST warm water - add some tea tree oil to the water too - its antiseptic and will help it to heal!!!

A relative carries an auto-injection adrenaline pen for a nut allergy. Glad it is healing ok Art.

Yes, l went this afternoon and the nurse said it's fine now and healing well.
I had another saga on Sunday when l ended up in hospital for the night with the most awful pain in my gall bladder but l won't bore you!
It's one thing after the other lately!

Yes, the pain in my right side was excruciating so l rang 111 for advice and they sent a paramedic who convinced me it was best for me to go to hospital. I don't think l should've eaten the two bowls of strawberries and lots of cream earlier that evening!!
To think, l used to brag that l was never ill !!
