Had problems uploading Carol as the picture taken on my iPhone had to be converted to jpeg fomat. It's there now.

Do not despair.

I have less than 5% vision in my right eye, it has shrapnel in it.

I still have enough binocular vision to drive safely.

You can train a damaged eye to detect movement.

Looking at the photograph I am amazed and horrified at the damage a sting can cause

I hope there is still time for some healing ....

I dare not look at your pics as l think they will be distressing.
It is unbelievable how one sting could cause so much damage.

I have been offline so only just heard about your eye.

I can offer no comforting words because we have no ides what the outcome will be, but I will say this.....

When I had my cancer none of the doctors thought I would survive.... but I am still here 10 years later! My oncologist told me it wasn't just the treatment that got me better, it was my positive attitude that I could beat the cancer. He really believed that positive thoughts improve your chances of recovery. You are a very positive lady so carry on being positive because there is always a chance that it will be better than you expect.
You have a lot of people on this site who are hoping that things may improve....so good luck!

So sorry to hear the news about your eye Ullubi. Maybe in a couple of months there may be some improvement. Time is a great healer.
