A dish of my own designing; sort of fusion cooking, combination of Japanese and German. Stir fried white parts of scallions, shiitake mushroooms, button mushrooms and shredded cabbage with crumbled crisp bacon served over rice,with soy and mirin. Sounds odd, but actually extremely tasty!Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?
