Oh Cate darlin' - don't hang your head in shame - celebrate - it sounded fabulous - shame I didn't know about your meal till it was too late. Have run my fridge and freezer down prior to my sojourn in hospital tomorrow so will have a 'make do' meal today - a (shop bought) Cornish Pasty, mash and veg.
