I don't think I could name one as I believe everything happens for a reason and whether it's good or bad it has to happen for the world to carry on and thrive. So changing something bad may eventually mean something good is missed or goes bad.

One is in the army, and the other goes to college, works part time and is in the Territorials waiting to go into the army. I am a pacifist I think I seem to have failed somewhere along the line as I have produced two soldiers

Do you remember those adverts on the back of magazines in the 70s and 80s for dateline ? You had to fill in a long questionaire about yourself and what sort of partner you wished to meet. When the company got your answers it was fed into a computer and you got a print out with 6 names and numbers you could contact.

As a joke a friend joined me up and Stevens brother (also a joke) did the same for him. Best joke ever as we met and had fallen in love and married 6 weeks later. Stunned everyone

Getting married so quickly, did you find a house/flat to live in or did you live with parents until you got yourselves sorted?

My husband was already living in a house he was buying, so I moved in with him. One of those barratt starter homes so popular in the early 80s. Interest rates went to 17 percent in less than a year and we just couldn't afford to stay there. Looking at interest rates now it seems unbelievable they could ever have been so high.

Umm now should I be honest lol yes I have my teddy bear from childhood also another 40 or so I have collected over the years, I can't resist a teddy at a car boot sale they always look so lost and alone I have to buy them and mend them and have been known to knit and sew clothes for them.
