Rain at first but sunny now , a bit of a wind though
I've got an eye test later 'I've lost one pair of glasses and broken the arm off the other so I think it will be an expensive day

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Had all my bed linen out on the line this morning and within half an hour the rain came! However it cheered up later, dried the washing and it's not all ironed and put away. Lexi meanwhile had been developing her new hobby, digging! She came in soaking wet and covered in mud! Have just about managed to get her cleaned up. Also cooked up a load of crab apples today and they are now straining into a bowl in the kitchen. Jelly making tomorrow.

What are you making with the pink wool Rhosyn?

Very windy driving on the M4 this morning but luckily got home before the rain.
Granddaughter's not keen on pink knits so it'll be lilac, lemon and pale green 1st and 2nd size cardigans.

Lovely Rhosyn, I expect you'll enjoy doing that.

Youngest son came over this morning and boxed in the pipes in Rob's bathroom (only been waiting for him to do that for a year!). Nana will be having a lie in tomorrow morning, he took Lexi home with him for the night and for tomorrow. I shall be going to the rugby tournament at Gwernyfed - if the weather is OK. Jamie mowed my lawn this afternoon and Chris helped me chop off some rubbish in the garden, so feeling glad that that job's done.
