The thought of the lightweight chinless wonder Miliband running My Country makes Me shudder, as He like the rest of the Westminster clique does not give a damn about My Country or the Folk who live and work in it.

I think there's a lot down here who feel the same Aquablue!
It's not just the Scots who are fed up with Westminster, believe me.

I don't envy any of you the huge burden of responsibility to make the right choice on this, but I do think it will have immense repercussions, many of which have not been properly addressed.
Cameron and Miliband are not on my friends list, but that man Salmond gives me the creeps.

Good luck..........

I agreed Lindy there are many unanswered questions.

I was listening to The money programme on the radio yesterday and one woman called in to ask if there is a 'yes vote' will her pension which is with Scottish Widows be ok.
There was some uncertainty from the financial experts who seemed to think the contributions might have to be split between the two countries making the 'pot' for each county smaller which could affect the payout for some people.

Re: Scottish Referendum.

Apart from all the unanswered questions, I don't like the vision for an independent Scotland that Salmond et al are trying to sell us. Looks much too 'socialist' for me. Of course, in any future general election, the SNP might lose their majority and be replaced by a party with a different agenda.

Re: Scottish Referendum.

Well this is the one and only chance We in Scotland will have to get rid of a Westminster Government...To Me a NO vote is a vote to stay in the past,a YES vote is a vote for the future, and it will be a shame if We blow it...,but We will all have to pull together on the 19th and accept what the majority have decided, good luck to Us all.

Cameron, Clegg, Miliband and Farage aren't my favourite people either, but if I waited for an intelligent, inspiring politican with loads of personal integrity and not out to line his own pocket, I'd be out of luck! The best I can do is use my vote to ensure the dangerous ones don't get voted in - that's how I feel about Salmond and a few others too.
