The infamous and bloody horrific....DARTFORD CROSSING.Ok,for those of you who don't ravel south of the meridian,it's utter and total chaos,brought about by the inability of the [French,btw] planks that own it,to operate it without totally effing-it-up EVERY SINGLE TIME more than three vehicles approach from the south. TWICE,yer loverly Puggy [c'est moi] has had to get to Sheppy this week,with a 'double-wide' mobile home on board each time. They're being used as shelter for the rough-sleepers...and trust me,Sheppy is a SH*T-HOLE,that has shabby,tiny,scruffy housing,tiny streets,turds parking half-on-half-off pavements without lights and invariably on bends/corners,blah,blah...so by the time one has unloaded,sorted the trailer/chains/straps/ramps et-al,then got through the traffic nightmare that is Sheppey's traffic system and headed for the crossing [bearing in mind one is doing this as a favour,in an attempt to help those less fortunate,not for wages] ...well,to arrive at gate 1 on the M2 to find NOTHING is moving on the sliproad and the M25 toward the tunnel is at a standstill-AGAIN-is a right !@*!!!@!. It's never been any different-there have always been slight delays there..but now,when the barriers have been removed [TO ASSIST TRAFFIC FLOW!!!] and there is no reason for it...the bloody poxy DRATFROD CORRSNIG is INVARIABLY clogged like a wastepipe full of limescale.
