Yes, I'm just waiting on the pharmacy now, then a taxi going home. One good thing is that I haven't spent any money this week apart from the fiver I had when I came in.That came in handy when I wanted a ginger beer and an ice cream from the shop.

I got back at 4:45 and to be honest there wasn't much unpacking to do; just the substitution of clean clothes for the dirty ones. MY 2 bags remain in the hall just in case of any more 5am disruptions.I even spoke to an ex oncology specialist today about how come twice in succession, after a week's hospital stay I've needed hospital treatment by the early hours, going from healthy to very sick quite quickly. She mentioned the chemotherapy and bugs, my white nutrophils and a few other things. At least this time I have 2 strong antibiotics home with me. And the greater the distance I put between my last chemotherapy and now, the less chance of this happening again.
I have to visit the hospital again on Thursday for a CT scan and don't mind as long as I am healthy.

Well, I did it! I woke up feeling fine - I was pretty nervous going to bed but slept very well only waking up once at 2.Nothing much going on today - I'll have to get some food from somewhere but I'll put that at the back of my mind for now and enjoy my coffee.
