I'm still building up the system after clean installing Windows 10 (and the update). I have one older game that I know won't run on Windows 10, so will not be installing it. No problems other than that but there are still some programs and games to install yet.

As hoped, W10 1511 took 1 HOUR to complete on my (newer) desktop .....

Review:

Someone has told me if I don't upgrade to Windows 10, that in a few weeks I will lose Windows 8 and will have to pay £400 to upgrade to Windows 10! Is this true?
Please can anyone advise me? Thank You.

I have just looked at the settings on my iPad and there is an update available for iOS 9.2.1. Should I upgrade to this?

What is the free upgrade to Windows 10?

Microsoft is making Windows 10 available as a free upgrade for compatible devices that are running genuine Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 8.1 Update.

The free upgrade is a full version of Windows (not a trial or introductory version) and is available until 29 July 2016. Once you upgrade, you’ll have Windows 10 for free on that device.
So there's no rush .....

Art. I have 9.2.1 on my iPad and it has not done any harm.
As for win 10, I shall stay away for as long as possible. I already had it on my laptop, but went back to win 8.

I have window's 10 its OK, seems a little faster but cant find my favorites anymore,the icon used to be top rt.on my laptop ,but is gone now.You Must switch because they will make the other windows options obsolete soon,that is why they are pushing it so hard.Actually it's easier,I like it.

Well it can stay away from me as they say been there done that and what a mess I was in, I have gone back to windows 7. I am not a tech woman.
