I can't do it from pictures stored on my computer Celyn, but all mine are on Google + and I can copy the url on there and any pics I have on Facebook

The last two are from Google + bear with me I want to try one more thing

OH yes it works Special effects have been added to some pics on Google and they work

When I first joined it was just Google+ Wishy but I think Google have taken Picasa over since.
