I have no sympathy for those who illegally attempt to enter a country to which they are not entitled residence.
If they die in the process, that's no less than they deserve especially, as you have said, if they leave their women folk behind. That rings of greed rather than desperation.

I assume that they might pay human traffickers to get them to the UK, but what would those traffickers gain by putting them in a refrigerated container? Even if they tried to con them, surely the immigrants would immediately realise that something was wrong.
