This forum is small enough to be able to find anyone and their posts quite quickly. I like that.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

I'm considering buying an exercise bike from Argos as I've not been getting out much. One of the men I was in hospital with said that if I did, he would help me assemble it.

A very generous offer of his and helpful as I'm hopeless at assembling things. My TV I bought from Argos couldn't be assembled as they had left out the screws necessary to attach it to its base. But they were very good and sent out a new TV complete with screws the next day.

I need to sort the fatigue out, and part of this, I've been told, is to do more exercise and my body will adjust. It's not much fun waking up then a couple of hours later having to go back to bed as I'm exhausted.

Today I'm trying to stay up as long as possible. I got enough sleep last night and woke up at 6:50 this morning. If I can hold on and not go back to bed 'til 8pm I'll consider this a success. I'm quite excited by the idea of an exercise bike, though, something new to try which can only be healthy for me.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

So, I bought the bike but have zero chance on assembling it on my own - I'm not good at putting things together. Have messaged my friend and hopefully between us we'll be able to put it together.

The exercise bike went back - far too complicated to assemble for someone who isn't good at putting anything together except words.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

I was going to go to bed at 8 but fell asleep in front of the telly until around 9:30, so I got a couple of hours sleep.

That's my problem. I also felt tired about noon and took myself off to bed until around 4. There was no physical way I'd have been able to stay awake and I got up at around 9 this morning so you would think I'd have had enough sleep.

Someone told me that the Rituximab injections I get every 2 months are associated with fatigue, also. I don't know what to do. I"d just like to be like everyone else (or most people, at least) and have a regular sleep cycle.
