SP yes that's a good one, on my Ave, cola cans used batteries, cardboard, crisp wrappers, etc etc, why don't the bin men pick it up when they drop it

The thing that really annoys me is basic bad manners. Lack of thank you, please, pardon, excuse me, etc. It's probably been mentioned before , but this fundamental human behaviour is appalling.
