The agreement as such stands and is valid. Do you really believe an international court of law ruling on a dispute based on this agreement will have to consider UK national law? International law supercedes national law.

Your court is the ECJ - its not ours - we are not in the EU - the ECJ is an EU court - nothing to do with the UK - we have our own laws and our own courts.
The legal bindings of the WA ends on 31st December - how can a law be a law when its repealed - it makes no difference if its international or not.
You can put anything into the WA, but when the WA is repealed it is repealed in its entirety. You need to enter into separate agreements for the bits you want to keep and then ascend those through parliament into law in the UK and ratify them in the EU.
