I love Farley's rusks. I might have one mashed in some milk for tomorrow's tea.

bloomin' 'eck UJ I thought for a minute it was you saying it's too hot for a cooked meal, I had grilled kipper for brekker and am having trout new pots and peas for tea, followed by roast rhubarb (with honey and a sprinkle of ginger) and yoghurt.

Today I am going out for a 3 course lunch .....As I am supposed to be on a diet it will strictly be a LIQUID lunch ..First course a pint of lager ....2nd course 2 pints of lager ...3 course 3 pints of lager...
No coffee and mints as the mints are fattening so just another pint of lager ...anyone fancy joining me ????

Steve matey, I prefer quality over quantity so a few years ago would have been beside you with a few G&Ts or a couple of Brandys. Regrettably, my Doctors frown on me drinking alcohol these days as it interferes with my Warfarin medication.

Are they pork ribs or bacon ribs? I like the bacon ribs best, but haven't had any in years.

Tonight I am having a piece of finnan haddock, mashed potatoes and asparagus, and I might make some Hollandaise sauce to go with it now that I've got some eggs in.
