A Rh Neg. I used to give blood regularly but I gave up when I went on HRT. (I'm not sure that you have to, but I think that's when I stopped).

Yes, I got one of those - like a pin if I remember - many years ago.
I gave up donating when I was diagnosed as diabetic.

Rhesus negative, I have the green card which stating "itīs a rare group not often met with, in cases of emergency plasma can be given".
