Sue, I go to bed earlier, but often wake in the wee sma hours and don't get back to sleep. I usually watch something on Netflix, but occasionally have a wee peek in here and there's always someone on!

The only time i get up is for the Bathroom, and sometimes find it hard to get back off to sleep so i lay thinking about things, then the next thing you know you've lost an hour... it's not right!

I have that problem too Sue I try not to think of anything when I wake up otherwise I can't get back to sleep. I have been known to get up and do the ironing or start off a batch of bread
