Re: Weather

Just had one of the hardest runs of the year, temperature was only 20 degrees C but humidity was approaching 80% sweat pouring out for over half an hour after my run and that was only on a six miler. Temperature now reached 25 C very strange for the time of year.....You have my sympathy Clumsy and Lizzy......Keep cool!

Re: Weather

The British way is to moan and grumble about everything under the sun, especially the weather. Even my next door neighbour gripes about the weather (but he's an accountant and has nothing interesting to say anyway).

Right. The weather from my point of view:
Warmth. Sunshine - Love it.
Humidity - Can't bear it. At night at work in the warehouse it's stifling and soooo uncomfortable. Can't sleep when I get in.

Next month we'll all be whingeing that it's freezing. Never content are we, us Brits?

Re: Weather

I don't mind the heat so much, it's the humidity, and it's been horrendously humid all summer. No wonder we have a water shortage in this area, I think we must have drunk most of it !

I hate the humidity too. As for drinking all of the water, I suppose it is good that I live a mile away from Lake Ontario.

Anyone got a straw?
