What's the answer then? Perhaps newly qualified should have to stay in the NHS for a few years before leaving for private medicine or working overseas.I don't think the student nurses loans instead of grants helps, unless they were getting qualified and then doing something else.
Although the loans don't seem to put other students off.
Something will have to be done soon or we'll all have to get medical insurance.

I've treated myself for Norovirus with just Grapefruit Seed Extract and allowing my body's own fever to run its course. I was over the condition (i.e not being sick, no diarrhea) within 12 hours of having those symptoms. It takes everyone else about 72 hours for the condition to run its course and quite likely those people are busily spreading the virus around in all that time.
