Re: EU...IN or OUT?
In 2014, UK exports destined for EU ports fell from 54.8 per cent to 44.6 per cent of total exports.
However, there is no indication at all that all of those exports are actually for EU countries or "just passing through".
There is no apparent information on this that I can find but this been the case for some time as far as I can tell.
The real problem seems to be that the Pro-EU lobby / organisation is entrenched so deeply that it is almost impossible to get information that has not come via a Pro-EU source!
How we, as ordinary citizens, are supposed to decide on this issue with a dearth of information on result of our exit is beyond me, and I have been searching for some time to find something -
anything that possibly gives a better view that has not come from a source without a vested interest in us staying in!
Margaret Thatcher made sure that the pro-EU view was the most positive view in the last referendum and Cameron's built on that to ensure the result is purely positive to stay in but claiming that the UK, unlike Norway, has a real say in EU policy is like saying the Jews had a say in 1930s National Socialist Germany.
Where UKIP gone?
I voted for UKIP Nationally and locally the last time because locally we had a Labour candidate
parachuted-in this time and a sitting Conservative who had also been
parachuted-in from Scotland before and I'd rather it was someone who
actually lived here not someone who had to set up a dummy local address then claim for it in expenses!
Getting back to the EU though, I do not understand how in a "common" market we in the UK seem to be paying a lot more for our food than say our Spanish or French
fellow EU Members so if someone could explain
that to me to my satisfaction and also explain why every daft rule or regulation coming out of the EU is ignored by most other member states yet eagerly embraced by the gullible UK MEPs who, incidentally,
failed miserably to gain seats on the truly influential committees / groups that actually determine EU decisions and policy!
Kinnock's clan are a prime example but then Farage hasn't exactly distinguished himself for those he supposedly represents.
I do realise that Cameron's got his eye set on an exit of his own so his rhetoric is, to me, tainted by that so not worth listening to and Corbyn's a total waste of space IMHO so that now leaves me with Tim Fallon doesn't it?
I don't like the LibDems locally - they are tossers, but my view now is the Fallon's LibDems are the only party left yet even they are No.1 when it comes down to wanting to stay in the "glee club"!
I think I'll continue to vote UKIP just to see what happens - nationally only of course - but the referendum will get a No from me purely because if "they" want to hide the truth from us so much then there has to be a reason so the perverse side of me says go against the flow and say NO! stevmk2
