It means a time for family and memories new and old ... I think the magic is still there in every childs face and heart...what happens is in adults it gets buried deeper and deeper...but uts still there to be tapped into by certain reminders of their own childhood, be it a carol, a sound, a smell. As it was said in the Christmas Carol...."he knew how to keep Christmas" and that means different things to different people.
I like the smiles you get and the "common well meaning grumblings whe queing in shops...etc... the thing is to get that Christmas feeling throughout the year but that won't happen. But hey I live in hope.

I adore Christmas the giving more than the taking and the smiling faces...so Happy Christmas everyone however you think of it.
