Now then. I have taken a photo for you to see, but it's not very good, plus it's sideways and I don't know how to turn it round.
I haven't photo's the whole post, because it is only yhe top half that has twisted. An odd job man put those couple of small blocks on ages ago because the bolt wouldn't reach, but it has twisted more and more since, and only the top of the bolt goes in the other bit now.
Can you make sense of what I'm trying to show you? It's in the shade a lot of the day, so difficult to get a decent picture. It twists clockwise, so goes away from the bolt.
........... Grrr, hold on, I've lost the flippin' picture now ....
