I am under the impression that Drs want a higher rate of pay for the unsocial hours they do.If this is so then I am against it,a lot of people work shift work , but still get the same rate of pay per hour whether they work unsocial hours or not.Of course Drs should not be expected to work such long hoursit does no one any good, but niether should they expect time & half/ double pay if their shift took them into unsocial hours.Re: Drs pay
The real question is what would we do without junior Dr's? Having recently been in hospital without them I no doubt would have been in a lot longer. How many owe their lives to them?Re: Drs pay
