Re: Happy Tuesday Folk

A funny day so far here, overcast and cool again. Enjoy your stay in my home county Alan and if you get to Bakewell try not to faint at the price of a small Bakewell pudding and don't get stuck in the Blue John caves.

Re: Happy Tuesday Folk

Good morning all, not a bad day so far today, we could do with it being a bit warmer though. the missus and my daughter are off to select plants and stuff at the garden centre and I'm on dog watch duty until they get back, I have the daughters female and our own male, luckily the don't fancy each other, they are 'Just good friends' as the say in show business when they don't sleep together.
I hope you and the wife have a nice break Alan.
Don't miss any bits Barry.
Enjoy the day Folks.:-

Alan, who is going to start the thread off while you are away? Anyone or is Barry detailed on to do it? Would be nice if he could as it is nice to find the thread already started. Barry want it or not you are nominated - all in favour? Sorry I guess that is a bit cheeky but it would be appreciated. Moyra

I am heart broken I had a beautiful blue john ring I brought back many many years ago and whilst putting the washing powder into a laundrymat machine the ring swept off my finger down the drain. Was so upset because blue john is so beautiful. Must go back some day to buy myself another although with all my disabilities I am unlikely to be able to go down the mine again. Alan if I reimburse you any chance of you buying me a small blue john ring? I can send it in cash by registered post.

Barry is an early riser Moyra, no better man, I'll second that.
The wife and daughter have just arrived so my duty is finished, I'm off for a pint and a bit of craic.

I'll certainly give it a bash Moyra, but I can't guarantee to make any sense first thing....or last thing either come to think of it....
