The only thing that helps my headaches is that menthol stick you rub on.
But, you can't use that everywhere, hope you get better soon Pats x

Have you thought of aromatherapy Pat?
We've both been doing too much for a few days and I'm looking for my lavender oil. (might have to buy some new, can't find it )

Oh poor you Pats CG, if relaxation, massage, oils, acupuncture etc don't help, perhaps you ought to get some medicinal help, even if only short term, you can't stay as you are darlin'. Are you afraid of side affects, is that why you don't want a prescription?

Personally I dont find severe debilitating pain remotely funny.
