Oh dear don’t you just hate it when that happens .
I ended up pink bed linen, the culprit my granddaughter’s red dolls dress . It did eventually wash out, it took awhile .
when our daughter was a baby...in the 70's, hubby washed her terry nappies not knowing a wine sock was in the machine,,,they all came out pink,,,,they were easy enough to bleach, then gave them a nornal wash...
I went and did it, despite knowing better. Put white pjs and undies in a mixed wash and now they're a putrid shade.
I actually loved my pjs, and it's been years since I've had a wash accident.
Any tried and trusted methods of getting white stained laundry back to white?
I never bothered.
My daughter when to school for a whole term in a pink blouse after I washed her school uniform with my son's football socks. She complained at first but got used to it. I thought it went better with the maroon shorts/skirt.
