Has anyone used water or stock instead of Coconut cream/milk? As the coconut is making my Sugar Levels go to high.
Susie darlin' I can't fault you with your choice of spices - all are fabulous, BUT in addition to Garam Masala, you might also add some Cumin, which I notice is missing from your list.

There should be Cumin in the Garam Masala

Hi UJ, glad you noticed that, as I did put cumin in the curry, just forgot to write it down, you can't have a curry without cumin.

Hi Rachel.

Just had my Vegetable Curry without Coconut Cream, I used vegetable stock, then at the end added 1 tab. of Crème Fraiche, and it turned out good.

Good idea. Never tried it in curry but I can imagine the yumminess
