Yesterday I achieved the first full day of the low fibre diet imposed on me by the hospital, where I'm having the colonoscopy Thursday. Today is the second day. I can have things like meat, eggs, cheese, low fat spread (yuk), potatoes, bread, milk, plain biscuits/cake, and clear drinks. Tea/coffee/bovril also allowed.

Woke up with a headache, though.

Tomorrow will be a whole new ball game, though. No food allowed whatsoever. That'll be an achievement for me!

That doesn't sound like much fun, Jazzi. I hope you can have something delicious when it is all over.
