I was just coming home from a six mile walk - so it would be about 6.45am

Somewhere after 5am, Foxy, and,yes, it was dark. No traffic, no people, the air was clean and fresh - most invigorating! My normal steady walking pace is 4mph - can do 5mph if I'm in a hurry. You run - so would be much faster than that. I never quite managed the art of running and breathing at the same time!
