Re: Just had a bath and not impressed

gorgeous dogs Poohdog, I wouldn't want to have to lift them in and out of the bath though We do have free standing showers too but I find it easier to bath the dogs in the bath using a shower head, they can't escape quite so easily. In the summer months they only need a quick rub down, they dry very quickly running in and out of the house in 36C (today) temperature.

Now that's an expression I've seen before, "oh how could you be so cruel to me?"

I don't know why dogs like to roll in poo. They must think it makes them smell nice to other dogs. I have had two dogs who liked to do this, both being bitches.
It's only certain type of poo they seem to like as well. Yuk

My old black lab was just the same Jon, as long as the pat was fresh and green the species didn't matter.. He would also walk, run or swim in any old bit of water at any time of the year, whether it be lake, river, sea, dirty ditch or puddle, but you show him the hose pipe and the shampoo bottle and he would run off and try to disappear to the other end of the garden..

Thats right plantman the ones we have had have been in some awful stagnant ponds , like you say get them home & your hand on the hose or watering can & their a nightmare to wash , i have a post i slip the lead on but theres a wall beside it , they press against it & its a right game washing them

one liked rolling on a dead rotting fish thats a disgusting smell i can tell you ...

why is it some like to eat rabbit poo the one we have now loves it , others like horse muck
