Weather ain't so good here either.

I'm up but a bit achy after jogging last night. Oh well, work beckons: s*** load of database refresh files to create - fun .

buenas dias all. No rain here, just blue sky and wall to wall sunshine. Having planned on catching up with the housework yesterday, and as usual plans going astray, I shall attempt to get some done today as well as doing some essential shopping. Have a nice day all.

Good morning everyone.
Not been on for a few days. Fell getting out of the bath
the other night and cracked two ribs. My goodness does it
pain
Cant bend or lean forward too far. Amazing how you use
your ribs and back without ever thinking what you are doing.
Second fall in 5 months. I am hoping this does not become
a habit.
Raining this morning but seemingly we are going to get a little
bit of sun this afternoon.

My goodness Sandy, bet that hurts. Yes, you're right, I think we do take our bodies for granted until something goes wrong.
