Awww Patsy that is just terrible! I'm so sorry for you & I don't know what I'll do when each of ours is gone. Please accept my sympathyOne of the female tiels we have came with her male partner last Spring. They had 2 clutches of babies then when the 2nd clutch were still very tiny, Benny got out!! He never came back.
We were heartsick & still miss him. Cheeky brought up those babies all by herself.
They sure are special little beings.

, does anyone own either of these birds?We adopted 3 cockatiels within the past 1 1/2 years & 3 adopted budgies.
They all have free flight with our other birds & we love 'em all to bits
