I think this is one of the most stupid ideas yet! Indians are taught English in their schools as a second language and Hindi, as a spoken language, is easy enough to learn - if I can do it anyone can.

Have to admit I never coped with the Devenagari script of written Hindi - but still didn't feel the need to create another language.

I have always thought Indians tend to speak very correct English better than us !
