HiAs you are away and in need of rest and rejuvenation, may I suggest neither.
A total detox, salad leaves every day, mineral water only, a massage, mud bath, facial, manicure and pedicure.
Perhaps an exfoliating facial and some gentle aromatherapy?
You would love it and of course we would never tell your builder mates.
