Monday, l bet that would be really good!
I'd imagine going in there feeling fraught and coming out all, calm and collected and peaceful.
Does meditating include a bit of humming?
You should try it!

When I was with my ex girlfriend she took me to a meditation group which was quite good. It was run by an older lady in her home, mostly women there but a couple of husbands came now and again. She played low relaxing music and guided the participants through the meditation. As a group we all went to Glastonbury in early summer for a weekend, all stayed at this really nice guest house. We went to Wearyall Hill on the Saturday morning for a quiet meditation and on the Sunday morning at Chalice Well gardens. Apart from bumping into each other around the town and all going for a meal and to the pub on Saturday night the rest of the time was our own. She a also used to have a "buddy" system where we were paired off with another person in the group so we got to met a different person to talk to other than a partner if your partner was with you.
It was a really enjoyable weekend away and you did come back refreshed and recharged.
